To use one or more of the above examples in your own web, do the following :
Save this web page locally on your machine.
Open the saved web page in the FrontPage Editor.
Select and copy the menu you want to use.
Paste the menu at the required position in your web.
Open the FrontPage component (by double clicking on it) to store the custom format if
present.
Example Bookmark Destination
This is a sample destination for a bookmark that allows access from the Navigation Bar
or Table of Contents. Bookmarks are defined by placing a '+' sign at the beginning
of the bookmark. Any bookmarks starting with '+' will be placed in the table of
contents output without the '+' sign.
